WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most in-stock orders are shipped out within 1–2 business days. Items marked as made to order are produced individually for you and require an additional 3–10 business days of processing time before they ship. We do not ship orders over the weekends — any orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
During peak sale seasons, restocks, and new drops, the delivery of your package(s) may take a little longer (up to 2 weeks). Thank you for your patience.
If an item is out of stock, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. Rest assured that you will be notified via email or phone about any changes associated with your order.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
For Priority Insured packages, please allow 4–7 business days for domestic delivery. For Priority Express packages, please allow 2–5 business days. Orders qualifying for Free Shipping ($75+) typically arrive within 5–12 business days. For international packages, please allow 7–21 business days depending on the method selected and destination.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. For made-to-order items, the 3–10 business day processing window is separate from and in addition to the delivery times above.
